Bringing Services Closer
Access to timely health information, screening and preventive services is an important part of strengthening community health. HOYWIK works with communities and partners to make these services more accessible and easier to understand.
Through community-based activities, people were able to receive information about hepatitis B, learn about prevention and access screening and vaccination services.
Community Engagement
Community engagement was central to the programme. Local structures and community members helped create awareness and encourage people to participate in available health services.
